Over an exciting 48 hour period Emma and Hamish led 18 children aged 12 to 14 years of age to English Channel Relay success with Taunton School

Wivey Pool WiLDCAT 2, Charity swim Lyme Regis to Westbay 23 Aug 2021

Tilly Coomber aged 11; Ella Holmes aged 12, Katrina Nightingale and Calum Thorne aged 13 with Chloe Thorne aged 14 completed an arduous sea swim of 12km along the Jurassic Coast. Isabel & Maisie completed a 12km swim Lyme Regis to Beer 20 Aug 2021

Isabel helped plan & prove this swim as part of her Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, landing 3 hours and 20 minutes after departing.

Wivey Pool WiLDCat 1 Charity Swim to Seaton 18 Aug 2021

Hamish escorted Asta & Susie aged 12 in a choppy sea as part of their charity swim in support of their beloved outdoor swimming pool, the combination of 4 months of training with WiLDs.  They were joined by Bel & Gabe.

Sarah, a physician from Musgrove Park Hospital completed the 10km relay from Lyme Regis to Seaton, sharing the challenge with her daughter in 3hrs 18mins.

Successful 3 hour boat & Kayak 10km escort from Lyme Regis to Seaton on a Neap tide for a group of friends.

Besley Chapter Channel Relay success 8 August 2020

A team of school girls, aged 13-17 years of age, swam from Shakespeare's beach England landing under the lighthouse at Cap Griz Nez in France 13 hours and 16 minutes later. This was Isabel and Sienna's, aged just 13, second Channel Relay. Both remarked it was nice to do most of it in daylight having swam through the night last year! WiLDS facilitated the entire Channel Swimming & Pilot Federation process, their training and shared their success......with some non-alcoholic Champagne & Buck's fizz

Zurich Marathon Swim Team Success 7 Aug 2022

Emma and Hamish led 2 teams to Third place in both the wetsuit and skins categories.  Isabel, aged 12 was the youngest competitor to complete the swim.
