Jukes enables radio communication with our swimmers both in saltwater for sea training and freshwater work in pools and lakes. Our Coaches give real-time feedback on technique using an 'inside voice' from the safety boat, Kayak & beach, our mentors reassure & support.
Open water swimming - safety
Without a proper safety management system, sea swimming can be a high-risk sport around the UK where shipping lanes and pleasure craft occupy small areas. Jukes enhances our excellent safety protocols, now for enhanced safety and coordination we provide each swimmer with a headset to mitigate the risk of delayed communications.
